SoulCore Morning of Reflection

Enjoy a morning of fellowship with the ladies of Holy Angles Church as they lead you in the SoulCore movement of prayer and core strengthening. All are welcome  

Lunch will be provided  

Enjoy the pool, reflection trail, prayer garden and lake for fishing - spend a day to renew and reset your mind, body and soul. 

What is SoulCore? 

SoulCore is a movement born from the desire to nourish body AND soul through prayer and core strengthening, functional movements.

The SoulCore Rosary workout integrates core-strengthening, stretching and functional movements with the prayers of the rosary.

We begin with some basic stretches to warm up the body and recite the Apostle’s Creed.  Push-ups are done throughout each of the Our Father’s.  The movements vary for each of the Hail Mary’s.  And a stretching position of surrender brings us to each Glory Be.
